Russian citizens need a visa to visit Qatar, which can be obtained upon arrival in the country or at the Embassy.

Those who have Israel's passports or visas in their passports can enter Qatar without hassle. To obtain a visa at the airport of Doha upon arrival - permission from the Ministry of Interior of Qatar is required. Permission to enter Qatar is made by the host party, which acts as the sponsor of the applicant (citizen of Qatar, a travel company officially registered in Qatar, airline, state organization).

To do this, the applicant needs to send a fax to the host party, no later than 48 hours before the planned trip, with confirmation of booking services and payment of accommodation in the country.

The validity of the visa is 14 days.
