From Bucharest, Romania, to Novi Sad, Serbia, 685 km by road.

Direct communication Novi Sad - Bucharest is not available, it is possible to get there by public transport with a transfer either in Belgrade or via Budapest.

You can get to Belgrade from Novi Sad by bus (journey time - about an hour), or by train (on the way about 1 hour and 20 minutes). From Belgrade to Bucharest - by plane (in flight about 2 hours 20 minutes) or by train (12 hours).

Through Budapest, of course, longer: first by train (about 6-7 hours), then by plane Budapest - Bucharest (still about 2 hours 40 minutes) or by train (17 hours).

In any case, up to Belgrade or Budapest from Novi Sad is followed by passing trains - tickets should be booked in advance.
