The procedure for obtaining a visa
Applications for the visa and all necessary documents are accepted only electronically in the companies accredited by the Embassy of Singapore - the Visa Center of Asian Countries in Moscow, the airlines of Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Pony Express.
Required documents:
- An application form filled in electronically in English. In case of issuing a visa through the airline Emirates, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines visa application is filled in on the website of the Singapore Immigration and Border Guard Service. If you apply for a visa through the Visa Application Center of Asian countries, the application form is filled directly on the center's website.
- scanned copy of the passport page with the applicant's data. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain one blank page for affixing a stamp on entry at the border crossing;
- color photo on a light monophonic background, attached electronically to the questionnaire. The size of the photo - no more than 60 KB, 400х514 pixels (px), in jpeg format. The photo must be taken no earlier than three months before applying for a visa;
- confirmation of the hotel, received via the Internet (or scanned);
- in the case of a private visit, a scanned invitation from a Singaporean citizen or a foreign citizen lawfully residing in the country or from a company registered in the country;
- confirmation of ticket reservation (PNR code from Amadeus system, electronic confirmation or scanned copy of the ticket);
- preferably (but not necessarily!) a scanned copy of the health insurance policy, the amount of coverage of which is not less than 30 000 USD.
Applying for a visa through Pony Express
Russian citizens can apply for a visa to Singapore by contacting Moscow or regional offices of courier company Pony Express.

Passage of passport control
The visa sticker is not stuck in the passport. After the decision is made to the applicant, a confirmation with a unique number and a barcode indicating the validity of the visa and other information is sent to the specified e-mail address. Visa-free transit
