More and more tourists, choosing a country for recreation, draws their attention to a small and very cozy Slovenia. Prices in it, even after the country's accession to the European Union, remained moderate, they are lower than in neighboring Austria, Italy. You can rent a double room in the 3-star hotel Ljubljana for 65-100 and above EUR per night. Accommodation in similar hotels in the coastal town of Bled will cost the tourist 55-120 EUR per day, and in the popular resort of Rogaška Slatina - at 50-130 EUR.

But the food in cafes and restaurants will be much cheaper than the average in Europe. For 8-10 EUR you can get a large portion of small fried fish with potatoes and beer, or a paste with juice or a glass of wine. A hearty dinner with wine and other drinks for two will cost 25-40 (and more) EUR. Fruits cost an average of 2 EUR per kilogram, delicious ice cream about 1 EUR, coffee 1-2 EUR per cup, a bottle of wine 1-8 EUR.

Public transport is also not expensive. The ticket for the city bus costs 1-1.5 EUR and is valid for one and a half hours. Travel between cities is more expensive, a trip from Ljubljana to Bled will cost 7.3 EUR with a seat reservation and 6.3 EUR without it. The taxi is paid by the meter, from 1.1 EUR per km, plus 2 for landing in the car.
