30 USD at purchase through an official site eta.gov.lk (there there is Russian). At the airport, when registering a visa on a first-come-first-served basis, its cost will be 35 USD. And most travel agents offer to issue a visa for a tour for 40 USD.

When arriving in Sri Lanka at border control, it is necessary to show:

• a foreign passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip;
• an immigration card filled in English (issued on board an aircraft, or in the arrival hall at Colombo airport);
• printout of electronic visa confirmation (ETA);
• return ticket with a fixed departure date;
• confirmation of the availability of sufficient funds for the trip.
