Theoretically, passport control workers may not allow to enter Tunisia if the validity of the passport is less than 3 months. In practice, however, such rigor in 99 percent of cases is not applied. In fact, the validity of the foreign passport must overlap at least with some margin the date of the return visit. It is highly unlikely that someone will hold onto the documents.
