How to get a visa in the UAE to a Kyrgyz citizen living in Italy

I am a citizen of Kirghizia, I live and work in Italy, I have a residence permit. I would like to go to the Emirates for a week. Tell me how to get a visa?

Kyrgyz citizens need a visa to enter the UAE. Request for its opening can make any tour operator, including the Italian, having in the UAE a host partner accredited in the immigration service. Also visas may be opened by some five-star hotels of the UAE for their guests and Emirates airlines for their passengers (Emirates , Flydubai).
