Two years ago, a visa was denied. Does it make sense to file documents a second time? Surname Ivanov.
Answer Gennady Kosarev, Russian Express company
You have the right to serve as many times as you want. Yes, with such a name it is difficult to get a visa, say 60 to 40, that there will be a refusal. But in our practice with the re-submission is the issuance of a visa. I recommend to book a tour in advance and be sure to insure against leaving home.

You can serve, but you can not guarantee a positive response by 100%.

Yes, of course there is a point. For 2 years of data verification technology they have changed. If this Mr. Ivanov did not previously commit any unlawful actions in the UAE or did not even ever go there, the visa will most likely be opened. If you purchase a tour in a travel agency, you can also pre-arrange insurance against non-refund, in case of refusal to compensate for possible penalties.
