I am a citizen of Uzbekistan and currently live and work in Moscow. I'm going to London for a week. Can I get a visa to the UK in Moscow?
Responds Elena Balatskaya, United Visa Center
You can issue a visa in Moscow with documents confirming legal residence in Russia (for example, work permits, registration, etc.). The documents must be valid for at least 6 months before the commencement of travel and 6 months after the end of the trip.
