Can a trustee receive the applicant's documents in the UK visa center? What does that require?

Documents can be received by an accredited company or a trustee in the consulate.
The trustee must provide the following documents :
- a notarized power of attorney for documents and an identity document (Russian passport)
- original checks that were issued to the applicant when applying for a visa.
