Police in Austria arrested a man and a woman aboard a plane that did not take off in Vienna. In the luggage of passengers of the flight Vienna - Istanbul a machine gun was found.
Arrested were 40-year-old citizen of Austria and a Turkish citizen. The machine gun and ammunition were found in the baggage of delinquents after the passengers boarded and the plane was preparing to take off.
The representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Austria Alexander Marakovits said that law enforcement agencies are currently investigating. There is no indication that the couple intended to join the terrorist groups.
