The application for admission to the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus, written in an arbitrary form addressed to the President of the Republic of Belarus, must contain an obligation to respect and respect the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Belarus. The following documents are attached to it:

• application form in two copies;
• autobiography in two copies
• six photos in the size of 35x45 mm, full face, no headgear;
• a copy of the applicant's birth certificate and, if necessary, other persons;
• document proving the lack of citizenship of another state
• document on payment of consular fee.

The application may be accompanied by other documents relevant to the application. The application and all copies of the questionnaire and the autobiography must be signed by the applicant himself, indicating the date of compilation.

On the issue of obtaining the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus it is necessary to apply to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.
