When leaving for Bulgaria, it is necessary to take the student's personal file and his medical card from the Russian school. Be sure to check that the school medical record has all the marks about vaccinations. The personal card needs to be translated and legalized. This can be done already in Bulgaria: the transfer will take from 3 to 7 days, not urgent legalization will take the same amount of time.

Further with the translated and legalized documents it is necessary to pass legalization in the inspectorate of the Ministry of Education of Sofia. It is located at: Sofia, ul. Antim 1, 17, fl. 4, cab. 1.

For this legalization it is necessary to provide:

• translated and legalized document about already received education (certificate of completion of a certain class, certificate of studied subjects and grades on their academic performance)
• personal card
• statement on the sample
• photocopies of original documents, transfers and personal cards

Their consideration in the inspectorate will take from 2 weeks to 1 month on average, after which a certificate will be issued on stamped paper. The school will need to pass it a photocopy.

The essence of the certificate is due to differences in the evaluation system and schooling in general: in it Russian subjects and grades are aligned with the Bulgarian six-figure, and the number of classes - local 12.
