We plan to treat a child in Dalian (China), how do we apply for a visa? Do I need an invitation from the clinic? Term of stay - 1 month.
Responds Larisa Barysheva
Contact any travel agency that handles individual Chinese visas and get a one-time tourist visa with a stay of 30 days.
Responds Larissa Skornyakova, Unex company
You can apply for a visa through any agency that deals with issuing visas to China. An invitation from the clinic is not required at that.
The list of documents required for issuing visas is as follows: passport (valid for at least 6 months), completed application form, 1 color photo 3 * 4 cm (white background).
For the child, a copy of the birth certificate is also required, as well as copies of all the completed pages of the parents' general civil passports. If the child follows one of the parents, then the second one requires a notarized authorization for the child's removal. The invitation will be made by the company through whom you will issue a visa.
