Schengen visa until December. Do I need to issue a separate visa for my trip to Croatia?

Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
On March 31, 2013, the Agreement between the governments of Croatia and the Russian Federation on reciprocal trips of citizens of both countries on the basis of a visa entered into force. Since July 1, 2013, due to the membership of Croatia in the European Union, the EU-Russia Agreement on Simplified Visa Issuance has been applied.

At the same time, until December 31, 2013, the practice of simplified entry of foreigners on the basis of existing Schengen visas (double or multiple Schengen visas of category C, long-term visas of category D) or a residence permit remains. The visa must be valid at the time of entry into the country and at the time of departure from it. The period of stay in Croatia is limited to the number of days indicated in the Schengen visa.
