Is it possible, while on holiday in Cyprus, to visit Greece on an Italian multivisa?

According to the order of entry to Cyprus published on the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Moscow,,"Citizens of third countries - $ ,having valid Schengen visas such as C ,single-shot ,double ,multiple and have already entered the territory of the Schengen space ,according to the terms of the Schengen visas issued to them ,have the right to enter and stay on the territory of the Republic of Cyprus without a national visa for a period of ,equal to the remaining period of stay ,provided by a visa issued to him ,but no more than the validity of this visa »
In other words, Russian and CIS citizens are not required to issue a national visa of the Republic of Cyprus if they have valid Schengen visas of category C, and have already entered them into the Schengen area. To enter and leave the territory of Cyprus such citizens can from the space of any state.
As for the relationship between Northern Cyprus (the "Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus" (TRNC), recognized only by Turkey) and Greece, the probability of problems for tourists is small. Visiting North Cyprus is not a restriction for issuing a visa and visiting Greece (especially on a Schengen visa), although officially this issue remains at the discretion of the consulate.
