Tell me please, if you go to the Dominican Republic in October, are there any strong waves? Is the water clear? And when is it better to go so that there are no waves and you can swim freely? Which beach is most suitable for this?

Strong waves, in my opinion, are not present there, if you need a very minimal number of them, then this place is Bayahibe-La- Romana (Caribbean Sea), the water is always transparent there, except for those moments when there was a storm somewhere, but it is quickly cleared, for a maximum of a day.
