How to refuse a trip to the Dominican Republic with a small fine, if there are less than 20 days left before the trip?

Responds Julia Kazmina, Calypso M Tour company
If you fly by regular flights, for example, Air France, then there is an opportunity to hand over the already issued ticket with a fine of 200 EUR. As a rule, hotels failing 15 days before the start of the tour are not penalized, although it depends on the dates. If this is a high season, then a fine may, as a rule, be a cost of living for 2-3 nights. In any case, it is better to clarify the possible penalties in advance, as everything depends on the air carrier.

If you fly by direct flight "Transaero" or "Aeroflot", then with the written out tickets, to cancel the tour is much more difficult, the penalty in this case may be more. And in some cases, the loss of the cost of air travel is completely. Each case is dealt, as a rule, separately.

In any case, the refusal should be something justified: it's either a health problem with you or with the closest relatives, or with force maje of any plan.
