The famous Ferris wheel at the Place de la Concorde in the French capital will soon change its location and move to Brussels. The attraction will leave Paris in the near future. However, the city authorities promise on the site of the old Ferris wheel to open a new attraction as early as 2016

The organizers of a major fair Foire du Midi in Brussels bought the Ferris wheel from Paris and intend to transport the attraction to Belgium in the near future. Previously, the wheel was installed in Paris for only a few months a year, but the attraction became so popular that recently it worked without interruption.

The Paris authorities emphasize that they agreed to sell not for the purpose of earning, but because of the new project. By the summer of 2016, when the European Football Championship will take place in France, a new Ferris wheel will appear on the Place de la Concorde, much larger than the previous one. According to the project, the attraction will be made in a football style and, apart from booths, will have a restaurant.
