You submit the following documents yourself to the consulate:

• Overseas passport
• Photos (- 2 color photos in the size 35x45 mm on a white background)
• Electronic application form
• Copy of the Russian passport (functional pages)
• Copy of the first page of a foreign passport
• Transport documents (in case of self-purchase tickets must be provided with their copies)
• Confirmation (printed together with an electronic questionnaire from the agency's private office).
