If you visited Iran, then no one can guarantee that you will be allowed to enter Israel.
The final decision on the permit for entrance is accepted by border services and other competent authorities of the State of entry directly at the crossing of the state border.
In my practice, tourists entered Syria with Syrian, Iranian and Saudi Arabian stamps in their passports.
