In order to apply for a visa to Israel for a Tajik citizen in Russia, you must obtain an invitation to work from an Israeli company that is issued only with the approval of Ministry of Internal Affairs. After obtaining approval for the issuance of a work visa, you must provide a certificate of non-conviction, a certificate of medical examination, a fingerprint statement, photos and a completed questionnaire.
