Tell me, please, what documents are needed to enter Israel from Cyprus for a minor child who travels with adults but without parents?
Responds Bobrova Ekaterina, Head of the Israel Express Company's Department of the Russian Express
A power of attorney must be issued for the departure of the minor from both parents to the accompanying person. The power of attorney must be certified with an apostille. Also on the hands must be a birth certificate and a passport, valid for at least 6 months from the moment of crossing the Israeli border at the entrance. Visa, in case the child is a citizen of the Russian Federation, is not needed.
