What to bring from Mexico?
Responds Ilya Ignatyev, Passat Travel company
In Mexico, especially in Mexico City, you can well stumble over the usual shops of famous brands. The prices in them are much cheaper than in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the choice is greater.
Of course we buy tequila and mescal from the local color, for example, in the usual Mexico City store I bought a great tequila at a cost of about 280 rubles for 0, 7 liters. Also there is good coffee. By handicrafts: hammocks, masks of the Maya Indians, ceramics, silver, jewelry and other - and the choice of silver and gold is huge.
Another popular obsidian (not sure about the correct spelling!) Crafts - cats, knives for cutting paper and other. This polished volcanic mineral is black, looks very dignified as an ornament at home or at work.
