What cruises are from Kaliningrad?

Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
Due to its geographical location, Kaliningrad offers a wide range of cruise routes. This is a panoramic river cruise in Kaliningrad and the vicinities of the Pregoli River, and river cruises along the rivers of Europe (the Rhine, the Danube, the Seine, the Rhône), plus sea cruises to Scandinavia and other European countries.

The starting point for sea walks (short trips on small ships) or full cruises is the port city of Baltiysk on the Baltic Spit. Sea walks usually include a passage along the Kaliningrad canal between the North and South malls, followed by a walk in the open sea or the Kaliningrad Gulf.

Walks on small yachts are possible from the port of Pionersky, which is only 20 min. driving on an autobahn from Kaliningrad. Those who wish also can rent yachts for many-day trips to Lithuania, Poland or Scandinavian countries - for example, to the island of Bornholm (Denmark). Such trips can be combined with excellent sea fishing.

Besides, cruises not only to the north of Europe are sent from Baltiysk: for example, during two weeks you can travel along the route Sweden - Germany - France - Great Britain - France - Spain - Portugal.
