I got a tour through the agency for a holiday in Spain and received a visa for six months, but the trip did not take place. Can I use the visa during its validity period or it must be canceled?

This Schengen visa, so you can use it, however we recommend that you go all the way to Spain (during this six months). And also at the next submission of documents for the visa attach documents confirming the need to postpone the trip.
