Do I need permission to enter the child with one of the parents on the island of Saipan, the Mariana Islands (or permission to leave the second parent)?

To travel to Saipan Island, you need the following set of documents:
- international passport
- return tickets;
- tourist permit (entry permit);
- health insurance policy;
- if in travel plans travel on a rented car, then you need an international driver's license;
- transferred power of attorney from both parents (for children traveling without parents accompanied by a third person), or a power of attorney, also with a transfer, from the second parent if the child follows one of the parents.
