I'm going to have a rest for a friend for 6 days. I bought an air ticket to Tunisia, but I'm worried - I was not given a voucher. How to me to be with the visa? Do we need it? If so, where can I get a visa?

If you are not traveling to the hotel but to a friend, you will need a visa.
The voucher is issued by the travel agency when booking a tour, at the ticket offices it is not issue - it's the same document for settling in a hotel, and you only bought an air ticket.
Entry visa is not purchased, but issued by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Tunisia in Russia. You will need an invitation from a friend certified in the municipality of any city in Tunisia.
