Formally, a visa to Tunisia is not required either for Russian citizens or for citizens of Kazakhstan on condition of arrival to the country by direct flight and departure for it.

In this situation, sending to Tunisia not from the country of citizenship is a controversial case, I recommend clarifying this issue at the Tunisian Embassy in Moscow.
