When an underage child enters Turkey, accompanied by a third person, it is necessary to obtain written consent (certified by a notary) from both parents. The document should include the passport data of the parents, the accompanying persons, the length of the trip, the name of the country whose borders it is planned to cross.
The rules of the visa-free regime and other documents required for entry into the country are told on the Visa to Turkey page.
