In the Emirates, I want to rent a car. Will it be done if the rights are formalized on me, and the credit card we will be paying will be issued for a friend with whom we have a rest together? Or the card should be framed on me too ?!

If you rent a car in a large multinational company, for example Avis, Budget, Hertz, etc., then the credit card must be It's yours.
Small local companies tend to be more pleased with the cash deposit, however they will be asked to leave a passport as security.
