Are there shopping centers in the resorts of Phan Thiet or Nha Trang?

There is a shopping center in Phan Thiet, but it looks more like a big supermarket. There are several more significant ones in Nha Trang. They sell food, fruits, vegetables, electronic equipment, things and much more.
