Citizens of the Russian Federation can obtain a visa to the Kingdom of Cambodia upon arrival at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports, and upon arrival by land on borders with other states, except for Laos. As a rule, a visa is issued for a period of 30 days. If the duration of the trip to Singapore does not exceed 30 days, you can return to Cambodia without having to re-apply the visa.
