On one of the largest resorts of the Dominican Republic, the grand opening of the Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana Dolphinarium took place.

In the new dolphinarium guests are met by eight dolphins, who live in three lagoons with a total area of ​​2, 5 thousand square meters. m and a depth of 6 m. Such impressive parameters are more than 5 times higher than the accepted international standards.

The amount of investment in the facility was approximately $ 15 million. On the territory of the dolphinarium there are also shops, restaurants, cafes, swimming pools with fresh water, jacuzzi, entertainment for children and a pool bar.

It is expected that in the first year the dolphinarium will receive about 100 thousand visitors. In addition, it is planned to conduct joint training events with the region's schools, the goal of which is the creation in Punta Cana of not just an entertaining complex, but a useful public space.
