Bought a tour to Hurghada from April 16 to April 23. The validity of the passport is 2 October. Will there be any problems with the exit-entry.

There is no single-valued answer. Although the cases when tourists had problems because of the passport, so far single. It's strange that your agent did not warn you about the rules of visiting the country.
