From the 18th to the 31st of July I'm going to the Deutsch Course at one of the German institutes. July 31 plan with my German friend on his car to go from Germany to Croatia, and already from Croatia I will return by plane to Russia. The route to Croatia will pass through Austria and Slovenia. In Croatia, I will be July 31. Can I have any problems when we cross Austria and Slovenia?

You will not have any problems with moving if you have time to leave the Schengen visa on July 31 (the end of your Schengen visa) territory, including Austria and Slovenia.
