Citizens of Belarus can apply for a visa to the consulate (visa center) of Italy, if they have a residence permit in Russia, or registration 6 months before the filing of documents and 3 months after the trip.
The period for processing visa documents is 15 calendar days (the consulate reserves the right to review documents up to 30 days). The package of documents for filing for a visa is the same as for Russian citizens.
