If all documents are properly issued, then there will be no problems.

To apply for a visa to Japan, a Russian tourist needs to have the following documents:

1. Questionnaire data (2 copies of the application form for each applicant).
2. Valid foreign passport (6 months from the date of return).
3. Certificate from the place of work (specify the position, salary size, number of employees), for children starting from the school - a certificate from the place of study. The certificates must be stamped and indicated: the address, telephone number of the worker or school whereby the consular staff can contact and verify the information.
4. Air ticket.
5. Copy of the first page of the Russian passport and the page with a residence permit.
6. 2 photo 4, 5 x 4, 5 (white background, not older than 6 months).
7. For non-working wives accompanying their husbands on a tourist trip, a copy of the marriage certificate + sponsorship letter.

Visa processing takes from 10 to 14 days (5 days for sending the original invitation from Tokyo, 4 days in the embassy).
