Registration of a visa to Lithuania for foreign citizens in Moscow is carried out only on condition that the following documents are available:

• work permit
• certificate from the place of work
• registration in Russia plus migration card
• bank statement
• international passport
• invitation from the host country

Cost of visa registration , subject to the availability of the above documents, will be 8500 RUB including fees. A personal presence of a citizen will be required.
