Required documents:
- Passport (valid for at least 3 months after the end of the visa, at least 2 blank pages and photos of children over 6 years old entered into it);
- a completed application form in Russian or Lithuanian, which must be printed (all 5 pages) and signed;
- one photo 3, 5x4, 5 cm (matte with a white background, the size of the head from the chin to the crown - 70-80% of the photo vertically), corresponding to the present appearance and age of the applicant (no more than 3 months old);
- copies of all completed pages of the internal passport (for children who do not have a general civil passport - a birth certificate and a copy thereof);
- a certificate from the place of employment on the company's letterhead with the indication of the position, the date of employment, the average monthly salary and the duration of the leave;
- documents confirming the solvency (traveler's checks and their copies, current account statement);
- the original and a copy of the health insurance that is valid for the entire stay in the Schengen countries, the amount of insurance coverage must be at least EUR 30,000, the insurance must be completed in a typewritten way (not by hand);
- confirmation of the reservation (original, fax or print out from the Internet) and payment / prepayment of the hotel.

Unemployed, pensioners or students need to submit a document confirming the availability of funds and the source of their receipt ("sponsorship certificate", which must include the phone number and address of the sponsor), it must be accompanied by a certificate from the sponsor's place of work. In addition, students and students for travel during the school year will need to provide a certificate from the institution with permission to be absent during the trip.
For minor children who go to Lithuania together with the parent and under his passport, a separate application is not filled in, and their photo is pasted into the parent's questionnaire. If minor children do not travel with their parents, a copy of the notarized consent of one of the parents must be provided for the child's departure to the Republic of Lithuania.
The processing time for a regular visa is 5 working days, the consular fee in this case is 35 EUR. The term for processing an urgent visa is 3 working days, and the consular fee is 70 EUR.
Citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine need to provide a similar package of documents, medical insurance, hotel booking confirmation or tourist voucher.
