In the case of a private visit to all of the above, you should also add the following documents instead of the hotel reservation:
- the original and a copy of the invitation from the Netherlands legalized by the municipality (valid for 6 months)
- evidence of their own financial solvency: an extract from a bank account or a bank confirmation of a currency exchange at a rate of 50 EUR per day per person for the entire period of stay;
- information on the salary of the inviter for the last 3 months or other confirmation of the source of his permanent income (if desired, to speed up the procedure for reviewing documents) .If the inviter is the owner of the company, a copy of the registration is required at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Netherlands, as well as copies of the latest income statements from the tax authorities .If the total amount of monthly incomes is less than 1200 EUR, the inviter can not act as guarantor, and he or the submitter of the application must provide documents from another person with sufficient income for this purpose;

The consular fee is 35 EUR for all types of visas. The fee is paid in rubles upon submission of documents and in case of refusal is not returned. An additional fee is charged for processing documents in the visa center in the amount of 1000 RUR.
From the payment of the consular fee the following categories of citizens are exempted:
- children under 6 years old
