If this is a Schengen multivisa issued by the Polish Consulate, on which at least one trip to Poland took place, then this option is possible. If this is a one-time short-term Polish Schengen visa, then this will be a violation of the visa regime, because according to the rules of the Schengen agreement, a visa is issued at the Consulate of the country in which the greater number of days of the tour is conducted.
