Cuisine and restaurants

In Trenčín there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes where you can taste and nazi Onal dishes, and (where without it) fast food. It is worth trying Cigánska pečienka (a "gypsy liver") - a fat piece of pork, twisted according to an old recipe in a roll.
