Every day direct flights depart from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (international SVO code) to Stockholm Arlanda (Arlanda Airport, ARN code) and back. They are organized by Aeroflot and Scandinavian Airlines System, abbreviated SAS. And this is the only way to get from the Russian capital to the Swedish quickly, conveniently and without transfers.

Anyone who wants to travel by other means must be attuned to the fact that the journey will not be easy. You can go to Stockholm via Finland. To do this, from Moscow you need to get to Helsinki, where you can take the ferry to Stockholm. Either start to get to St. Petersburg, and then from there by bus or by train to get to Helsinki. You can go to Turku, from there also ferries to the destination.

Very similar to the previous scheme of travel to Stockholm through the Baltic States. Ferries to the destination of travel are sent from Estonian Tallinn and Latvia's Riga. You can get to them by bus from Kaliningrad, and before it, in turn, by direct train from Moscow.
