Tell me, is it necessary to have a power of attorney for a child under the age of 18 when entering Thailand, if only one of the parents is traveling?

Responds Anna Kharitonov
If one of the parents is traveling with the child, the power of attorney from the second is not needed.

The power of attorney is necessary only when the child leaves for Thailand, accompanied by a third face.
