Unfortunately, the number of visits to the UAE does not affect the issuance of the next visa either.

If the period of the previous stay in the country was 30 days or more, then you can request a visa for the next entry not earlier than a month. If you stayed in the UAE for less than 30 days, you can apply for a new visa right away.
