President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the summit in Brussels addressed to representatives of the EU countries with a proposal to cancel visas for Ukrainian citizens. The head of state expressed the hope that the issue will be considered at the May summit "Eastern partnership" which will be held in Riga on May 21 and 22, 2015

Peter Poroshenko noted that o is satisfied with the response of European leaders to the proposal for a visa-free entry. Earlier, the hope that a decision on the abolition of visas would be taken at the "Eastern Partnership", expressed the Deputy Administration of the President of Ukraine Valery Chaly.

We note that, in the opinion of experts, in case of cancellation of visas for Ukrainians, the number of illegal migrants in the EU will increase several times over the next 10 years.
