Good afternoon! I am interested in one thing, I have an annual student visa for a year. In plans to go to Europe as a tourist for a week. Is it possible with an American visa, but with a Russian passport to go to Europe and do I need to get a Schengen visa for this?

Unfortunately, the presence of an American visa in your passport entitles you to a visa-free entrance only to Mexico, as well as a number of island states in the Caribbean under US administration.
For European countries entering the Schengen area, a Schengen visa is required.
