Can a Russian citizen go to Tajikistan through Uzbekistan without a visa?

Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
According to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens can enter the country and follow transit through its territory only if there are entry visas to Uzbekistan. However, for citizens of the Russian Federation and a number of CIS countries there is a visa-free regime for entry to the Republic of Uzbekistan for 60 days.

Tajikistan, in turn, has a visa-free entry regime with all CIS countries, except Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. For Russian citizens, entry-exit to Tajikistan is visa-free for foreign passports.

Thus, only a passport is sufficient for traveling to Tajikistan through Uzbekistan for a Russian citizen, a visa is not required.
