Russians need a national visa to visit Bulgaria . However, in practice, things are not so terrible as it seems: first, to Bulgaria you can freely enter the holders of valid multiple Schengen visas, and secondly, even if you do not belong to the happy owners of the Schengen, the process of issuing the Bulgarian visa will not take a lot of effort - a package of documents is required standard, without any tacit inquiries . An additional pleasant bonus: Russian to tourists with "clean" passports, the Bulgarian consulate puts a six-month multivisa at once, and if you already were in this country - at once .
